Windows Installer Error on hotfix SL2015_34515SY.exe

I get a windows installer options popup window when I am installing SL2015_34515SY.exe hotfix. The install aborts at that stage and it does not update the application. Is there an issue with that hotfix? Other hotfixes released for SL 2015 have installed correctly apart from this particular one. Is there a workaround for this? This hotfix is critical since it affects the MSDynamicsSL.exe file. Any assistance please.

    Make sure the directory that you are running the .exe from is like "C:\DynamicsSLPrerelease\"; apparently, there are restrictions as to the location of executing the HF (like cannot be in Program Files directory, etc.).  I just ran this HF the other day with no issues.

    Thanks Mark. I extracted in the folder as suggested you and it did work. I normally have a folder for HFs and it has been working for me. This particular one needed the HF to extracted in a particular drive (C:\). Thanks again for your pointer on this.
