Queue not synch with gmail

Hi every one

I followed this article

http://dyn365apps.com/2017/01/09/how-to-configure-dynamics-365-to-receive-emails-from-gmail-using-pop3/

but at the end my queue does not  contain my emails form gmail

Any idea

    When you Test & Enable the mailbox do you see any errors in the Alerts?

    NO error, it was successful. I verified.

    Is it CRM Online or OnPrem? What build are you on?

    If you try to Telnet against the GMail mailbox, does that work? See stackoverflow.com/.../connecting-to-smtp-gmail-com-via-command-line
