CRM 2011 - Changes to Workflow do not save

I have twenty active workflows that need the date field changed.  I deactived, change the date field in the conditions and click save/close but nothing happens.  I click save nothing happens.  I have to clear all the conditions and then re-enter then and then it allows me to save/close.  Is this expected behavior.  It is making a simple job a nightmare.  Help!!

I am sure you are trying to save changes over google chrome, try it on Internet Explorer, it will work

I wish I was but I am on IE10.  The workflow has 2 steps and each step has 6 conditions (if statements).  I need to change only one.  It will not save unless I clear out all the conditions and re-enter them.  Is it me? Or does this happen to everyone?

No, it should not be like that, can you share a screenshot highlighting, what you are trying to change

    Pegi,

If you want to put new If in the top of the 6 conditions, then yes, it is true, you need to clear all the 6 conditions first.

    For example: previously

    condition 1

    condition 2

    condition 3

    condition 4

    condition 5

    condition 6

Then you want to make new condition on the top of those 6 condition yes you need to clear and re-create again.

condition root //this condition requires clear out 6 condition to put on.

       condition 1

       condition 2

       condition 3

       condition 4

       condition 5

       condition 6

But, if you want to change only the condition itself, you should not change by clearing out all of the 6 there.

    Thank you.

Certainly sounds browser related to me.

Could you take a screenshot of the browser version please.

Is it the same if you try on a different computer?

What version of CRM and rollup are you on?

    Hi Pegineb,

    This is certainly browser issue.

You should be able to make the changes without clearing entire condition.

Do let us know the version of IE you are using.

    Hope that helps

    Thanks

    Hi Mithilesh,

I am using IE10 because that is what my work is using. Would that cause any issues?
