Need guidance on binding values from CRM UI to combo box in custom page

Hi all,
 
There is a requirement for us where we need to create a configuration record with value having some text separated with comma 
The main part is:
these comma separated values should be given as options to a combo box in custom page in power apps.
 
In general combo box in custom page acts as drop down field where it's values are extracted using options from attributes (fields) of an entity.
 
But the requirement is quite different now
 
Could anyone please suggest a way to do this...
