can anyone help me with this error message please!
Error Document No. must have a value in Gen. Journal Line: Journal Template Name=, Journal Batch Name=, Line No.=0. It cannot be zero or empty.

I'm trying to register a Purchase Credit Memo.
Hi, This seems to simply not fill in the Document No.
If you post on the Purchase Credit Memo page, please enter Vendor Cr. Memo No.
If you post on the General Journals page, please enter Document No.

We had a similar error when posting a prepayment sales invoice.
We have checked on the General Journal Template and the No Series are correct.
This is the below error message:
