I am currently investigating a requirement to try and delete discontinued Party ID's within the Global Address Book.
The party ID no longer has any active relationships, however, when I try to delete the record, I get the following error.
The system does not allow me to remove primary addresses from the record, and therefore, does not allow me to delete the Party ID. When I go into the address, I cannot untick the primary tag, the only way I can remove this is to add a new address and mark that as primary. However, we then just have a different primary address and the same error.
Is there any way around this at all, or is it the case that when an Address is created against a Global Address Book record, it can no longer be deleted?
