Hi, I need to understand more about the return order process in BC and how to post it.
1. How to return order when the product shipment was canceled before the shipment?
2. How to return order when the product were shipped but the sales order were not converted to sales invoice yet?
3. How to return order when the partially of the product were shipped and others were returned?

1. I think this just needs to be deleted from the order. Because you haven't done any posting in the system.
2&3. You can use Undo in posted sales shipment.
