Hi,

While running planning optimization, I am getting below errors.

Please let me know if anyone has faced this earlier.

Hi,

Have you checked LCS environment monitoring for possible more information by looking at the raw logs? If you can't find more details, I do recommend logging a ticket for Microsoft Support.

Please check the values in these settings:

Organization Administration > Setup > Scheduling > Scheduling parameters

You could try to extend these and run Planning optimization to see if it completes. They are safeguard parameters so that planning opt. will not continue to try and run on an endless loop and enforces timeouts on scheduling time and / or optimization attempts.

The issue is due to planning optimization is not installed properly.

Solution:

1. Uninstall planning optimization from LCS.

2. Go to Power platform maker portal and uninstall the three solutions listed below if they exist.

3. Re-install planning optimization from LCS and make sure it shows as installed in Power platform admin center.
