Notification if Email status changes to "Pending Send" or "Sending Fail"

Hello guys,

I have an issue that emails we send in CRM that changes the status to pending send or sending fail, will get missed and forgotten. I think that when we send it, it's sent. Iwould like to get a notification about Emails that have been converted to these statuses. Is it possible to get a notification if the statuses converts to any of these (pending send/sending fail)?

Hi There,

All I can think of is simply creating a workflow on email entity when status changes, send email to yourself with email subject , customer etc.

Hi Ale,

add a step below your send email step and check if email status is pending sent or fail then send a notification to desired user.

If you are not sending email through workflow or you want to see notifications for every email that fails/pending then trigger a separate email of email status. send notification when it met the statuses you are thinking about.

Hi,

I will suggest to create an SSRS report that run daily and consolidate all the emails with failed or pending status and send an single email to your team so that they can look into the records and can have better view of failed emails. Sending an email after every failed email will blotter your inbox.
