Dynamics SL on load balanced Terminal Servers

Here's the environment:

Server 2008 R2 server.  SL is all installed, etc, etc.

I have 2 terminal servers, both exactly the same.  My firewall / router is doing a "least active sessions" load balance to the two terminal servers for inbound RDP sessions.  Not too complicated.  Fairly basic.

Is this or is this not a supported environment/config to run the latest version of SL client for my end users?

If it's not, can someone please tell me why or at least direct me to a tech-net article, etc stating why this is not supported?

(Our SL vendor is saying this exact config is causing errors in SL and provided no explainations)

We are not using WLBS or NLB software for the balancing....

Thank you for any help or insight on this!!!!    :)
