Customer order creation/payment in Retail POS D365 On premise

Hi Experts,

We are using D365 FO retail and commerce on premise, Client want to create the sales order from the retail POS and deliver it as per the customer requirement it could be either from the Shipment or Pick up from the customer from the store.

Customer order is created but when i click on payment button then add payment it does not show the payment option but  system give the following error message.

Can any one please let me know what is missing.

    Hello warisali,

    Please see the following link for on-premises compatibility with Commerce:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../retail-onprem

    Is the payment issue only occurring when trying a customer orders? (ie. you are able to pay for a standard transaction)

    Lastly, you may want to look at your event viewer logs for more specific details on the error.
