When I try to create a sales return order doing the following steps:
Select the original sales order to reverse the lines, filtering for sales order number or invoice number.
Choose in the section below the line or multiple lines to reverse
The original serial number related to the original sale order and invoice is not retrieved automatically into the return order lines
Is there the possibility to retrieve the original serial number without the obligation of having to enter the original serial one by one by hand?
