Production Floor Execution Error

Hi all,

All of a sudden, I am starting to receive following error message when I try to login to Production Floor Execution in my demo environment. Same error message appears with Job Card Device interface too.

'The terminal is not configured for use. Please contact your system administrator'.

I checked all usual time and attendance settings and nothing appears out of place.

Has anyone come accross this issue and can suggest a fix?

Hi Amit,

Try the following:

1. Run Time and attendance configuration wizard to make sure all required indirect activities are created under Time and attendance/Setup/Wizards/Time and attendance configuration wizard

2. Make sure your user is associated with terminal under Production control/Setup/Manufacturing execution/Configure job card for devices
