Batch recovery failed

Hello,

GP froze while I was posting a credit memo. I ran Batch Recovery and then GL posting journal was generated. However, I tried to apply the credit memo, got the error message as " You can't choose this document because it is part of a recovered batch or is still in the process of posting." I found this transaction in RM10301 and posting status is 1.

Is there any way to complete this posting?

Please advise me.

    Have you opened the batch and tried to examine the contents to make sure they are complete?  You can use sql to change the posting status to 0 (allowing the examination of the batch and reposting).

    Verify that the MKDTOPST field and the BCHSTTUS field are set to 0 for your batch in the SY00500 table.
