Dashboards moving after loading

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi everyone

I have a problem with my dashboards, at a customer at the moment.

When loading, they are placed exactly as i set them up, but when loaded, they move around, leaving a big blank space in middle.

I've tried zooming in and out i my browser window, in multiple browsers. I moved the different components around, made them smaller, but no luck.

It looked normal a week ago, but when i logged in to the customers solution, the dashboards moved...

I have no idea how to fix it without having to change the dashboard itself, removing some of the components.

Any suggestions?

    Hi Daniel

I've tried in both Chrome, IE and Edge with no luck. But for some reason, they now moved back in to place when i opened in IE just now, so maybe it is just an occurring problem in Chrome unfortunately. Have you had any luck in IE or edge?

I'm having the same issue with my CRM and I'm in the middle of trying different layouts. My problem is specifically occurring on the Chrome browser, and clearing the cache/recreating the dashboard has not solved this problem. What browser are you trying this on? I would also try Rugved's solution in the link below. His solution has not worked for me, but is worth a try.
