Removing Sandbox App from Dynamics Home Page by Default

Hello all,

As the Subject implies, I was wondering if there was a way to remove the sandbox apps on the Dynamics 365 dashboard

by default for all users, because I am seeing issues from time to time where users are working in the sandbox without realizing it,

causing them to have to redo their work. I know they can individually filter it, but as admin, is there a way to make them just dissappear

for everyone by default?

    Yes, the appearance of apps should depend on the security group assigned to the instance. You should be able to edit the sandbox instance and apply a security group to it. Members not in the security group should then not see the sandbox app on that list.

    1. Create office 365 group

    2. Assign to CRM Instance.
