I am using CRM online. I am could successfully configure the email service profile and and could see the test run was successful, in the configuration, i have set the incoming email to server side sync and for others i have set none. nowwhile tracking email, I am getting error message "Email Server Error Code: Exchange server returned UnknownIncomingEmailIntegrationError -2147220891 exception"
can anyone help what could be reason for this issue?
