
I am using CRM online. I am could successfully configure the email service profile and and could see the test run was successful, in the configuration, i have set the incoming email to server side sync and for others i have set none. nowwhile tracking email, I am getting error message "Email Server Error Code: Exchange server returned UnknownIncomingEmailIntegrationError -2147220891 exception"
can anyone help what could be reason for this issue?

Check that the owner of the mailbox has been assigned roles. The owner of the mailbox not having the correct roles usually causes the UnknownIncomingEmailIntegrationError -2147220891 exception.
