Purchase Orders emailing to suppliers options

My client would like to find a way to have the option to decide whether a purchase order, once approved, is directly sent to the supplier or not. Has anyone successfully found a way to facilitate this on a PO by PO basis?

    Hi,
    You can use  Workflow approval + notification step
    Use BC Workflow Engine to:
    Add a workflow that sends notification to a buyer: “PO Approved – Do you want to send it?”
    Based on response (via Power Automate or confirmation), send the PO or not

    As far as I know this needs to be customized, similar to the example mentioned in the following post.

    And, you can also try Power Automate.
