Inspect pages and data - loading and nothing else happens

Good day,

I am trying to open and inspect a page but when selecting the tba under help and or using CTRL & ALT & F1 it just continues to load. With the below message saying Working on it...

Hi,
I couldn’t find any official Microsoft note confirming a recent known issue where Page Inspection (Ctrl + Alt + F1) hangs on “Working on it…”. The official documentation only explains how Page Inspection works and common permission requirements:

If the issue still persists, you can raise a support ticket with Microsoft.

Possible causes (not a confirmed bug):

Missing System object 5330 Execute permission.

Browser cache or session issue.

Extensions adding heavy logic to page triggers (performance bottleneck).

Hi

This is mostly common permission issue Ensure the user has Execute permissions on system objects 5330 (Tools, Zoom) and 1350 (Run Page Inspection) if not Try difference web browser.

Hi, first rule out permission issues and try adding Super permissions to the user.

Then try changing your browser or changing it to Inprivate mode.

Hope this can give you some hints.

I m also facing the same issue . Seems its from Microsoft side , Lets wait for sometime .

We’re experiencing the same issue. It’s not related to permissions, for most of our users nothing was changed, yet the problem suddenly started around September 12–15, 2025. Even admins with the “Super” role are affected, so it can’t be a permissions issue.
