Estimated Close Date Workflow

Hi,

I have had a look at this with little success.

My requirement is to check estimated close date on an opportunity and update by 30 days if the opportunity close date has lapsed and the opportunity is still open.

I had the logic down but i cant find out how to change the estimated close date (advance the date by 30)

Any suggestions on tackling this, i couldnt figure out where the what conditions i needed to advance the date.

    Thanks, i kinda have the logic sorted. I cant see how to update the estimated close date, if i select update "opportunity" there is no where i can change the estimated close date field

    The estimated close date is part of the form in a header, as a result when i select update the header isnt show as part of the form.

    Ok so i added the est close date as part of the main form and could update that,

    My logic is this

    If opportunity close date equals 1 hour after opportunity Est Close date and Opportunity Status equals Open then update opportunity

    Update Logic

    Dynamic Values

    Est close date

    {30 days after Est Close date (opportunity)}

    sorted this by creating the est close date field on the form and using that, the original est close date was in the header hence why i couldnt see it.
