Hi,

Where can I know what's entity consumes my space?

I received an alert because we are at 80% of usage, but I'm not able to find any information about what is consuming this space.

I can find few big emails, but the search feature is far away from a user friendly gui to check my usage.

so what can I do?

thanks.

    Hi Jerome,

I'm not sure if you can do it without opening a ticket.. There is a good summary of your options here:

    Hello Jerome,

You can try to use this solution - uds.systems/storageanalyzer

In our org its usually note attachments which fill up our database.

But what you can do is make a Service Request Ticket to Microsoft requesting a copy of the SQL Database so you can query against it.

Or you can install the Organisations Insight Solution if you are on 365 technet.microsoft.com/.../mt763947.aspx It might help.

    Hi

If you enable Organization Insights you would get few more statistics like Top Tables by Size and Size of Common Tables.
