Is there a way to print a lable for the finished items after the production is completed? May some function linked to output journal or relased production order

I think your question is related to develop a custom label report, if so, you need to develop a custom report which you can trigger after your production completes.

Nitin Verma mentioned you can design custom report for layout then trigger it when journal post or change status of production order. or you can add a manual function as well.
We also tried the same method and since we are on SaaS we had tons of issue with label, label printer, barcode, etc. We print at least 5 or 8 labels per product and needed more flexible solution.
We used :
NiceLabel to design label www.loftware.com/.../designers-and-desktop
Label it to link BC to Nicelabel and print appsource.microsoft.com/.../PUBID.fenwicksoftware|AID.label-it-app|PAPPID.ce07cc12-8a0d-4bfa-baca-fd7caf6377dd
Alternatively you can look into appsource.microsoft.com/.../PUBID.silverware_inc|AID.silverware_bartender_integration|PAPPID.046e9f08-d397-4707-bd26-b5776d63d4d4
