Hi,
When I wanted to create Item Tracking lines to my item in sales order, I receive this pop out error.
Then I go to this SKUF024 item card to input the Item Tracking code, but I was not allowed to do so as this item already has ledger entries.
Please advise what should I do?

Thank you for posting on the Forum.
The challenge is that the Item Tracking Code and establishment of Lot or Serial No. Tracking controls Item Ledger Entry flow. Therefore, an Item cannot be changed to add Item Tracking after Item Ledger Entry transactions are already processed.
The recommendation would be to zero out the current Item Card through a Negative Adjustment posting in the Item Journal, run Adjust Cost Item Entries (if Automatic Cost Adjustment is not set to Always) to fully clear the value, renumber the Item to Z-#### and block this replaced Item, and create a new replacment Item Card record with the Item Tracking Code defined.
