Warehouse Scanner doesn't work when Variant Code used

Dear Colleagues

We have just started to use Variant codes for Items in NAV 2018. 

However, when the items arrive in the warehouse, warehouse manager reports that the Warehouse scanner cannot register and put them away

Can anyone suggest some solution?

    Hi, unfortunately the Warehouse scanner is not a standard feature of NAV, you should contact your partner to investigate this issue.
