Hi all!

Has anyone encountered while using Business Central windows client on Windows 11 the Date field on the RDLC reports are not following even if the setting in Region and date format are correct?  All other workstations are still on Windows 10 which have no issues except for this particular one on Windows 11.

    Hi,

If this issue remains, I would suggest to create a support ticket for this.

You can do this yourself if you are a CSP / Dynamics 365 Partner or ask your reseller to create a ticket on your behalf.

Sure, Its strange though, I would suggest please also check the Date format once in the Report design.

    Hi Nitin,

In Singapore we follow ddmmyyyy, the report properties for Date is also set as ddmmyyyy and also following Regional settings which is ddmmyyyy.  But for this one machine in Windows 11 it does not follow even if region settings is ddmmyyyy.  I'm going simulate on a Windows 11 VM since i don't have any machine on it and try on my local rather than connecting to my customer's machine to troubleshoot.  Thank you.

Do you want it in mmddyyyy format? If yes, you need to design the report layout and change the Date format setting else you can change the Regional setting on the particular machine.

    Hi Nitin,

In Windows 11 date is on the right and when printing RDLC it will appear mmddyyyy.  But all other Windows 10 machines are fine.

    Thank you for your reply.
