How does Dynamics CRM Email Tracking works?
- Does it track the Email thread?
- Is there a way for me to update the email tracking settings?; I would like to limit the tracking of the email.
Example Scenario[for #2]:
- User 1 sends an email to User 2;
- User 1 tracks the email mentioned from number 1.
- User 2 received the tracked email, then forwards the tracked email to User 3
- (ISSUE) The email that is forwarded to User 3 is also tracked to CRM; (What I want to do) I would like to prevent the forwarded messages to be tracked in CRM. Is this possible?
