See worklow process on a record

In unified interface there is no longer possible to see the related backgroud process (workflow) that has been triggered on that specific record. It is very difficult to debug when we have cant see this.

Is there any way to enable this view`?

Hi,

You are correct, this information (Background Processes and Real-time Processes) is no longer accessible on forms in Unified Interface.

Is you use-case mainly around debugging?

Hi Partner,

No currently there's no way to enable the Background process in UCI as this feature is currently not available in UCI.

This is utilized by end users in my solution - a really big turn off when having to use UCI

Hello Martin,

For your information, this feature will be coming to Unified Interface shortly, starting to roll out with 9.1.0.25205 - Service Update 252 (it will take multiple weeks to get to each region).
