I want to place view in the dashboard , View name- account created before 30 days
And X axis should be account name y axis - date created
bar graph is fine. Can anyone please help me

When you say view, you mean chart right? Just want to make sure because 'view' has a different meaning in Dynamics.
Usually, charts are used to show aggregated values, not the best option for account name as X and CreateOn as Y
Assuming you are working on a system dashboard, you can follow the steps below steps to add a view to dashboard
1. Go to Setting -> Customise System -> Entities -> Account and expand Account
2. Under Account-> Views, create a system view with conditions on CreatedOn (e.g. createdon LastXDays 30), and give this view a meaningful name like 'Accounts Created Last 30 Days'
3. Edit your dashboard, click on to an available empty section, and look for this ribbon button to add a view. In the popup, select Record Type = 'Account', View = view created in step 2
To add a chart, before step 3, you can create a chart with bar type under account entity. After that, in step 3, use this button to include a chart component.
