How to Update Large Dataset in Dataverse Using plugin without batches and bulk update

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a Dataverse plugin that updates a large number of employee records asynchronously. The task involves checking and updating an employee number field 

To handle a large dataset efficiently, what i should do batches and bulk update will be depreciated i can't use them, there is have 20000 reocrds to update

    I'm not sure exactly where you are updating from, but would something like Dataflows work for you?
     
     
    I've found that feeding in data and updating fields in Dataverse to be extremely fast. The type of update you are referencing would be around 3-5 minutes for the full update, and the Data Flow can be scheduled to run so it continues to update. You'll want to brush up on Power Query, but I think it would be efficient and relatively easy to set up.
