Hello,

I am trying to publish an App to the Microsoft Appsource but I kept on getting validation error.

The error is that the app has been signed, but the root certificate authority (CA) certificate is not trusted.

I still do not what the issue for getting this error.

Could I get some help with this?

Thank you.

    Hi,

Thank you for your response, the link indicate the steps needed to install a certificat for an On Prem Installation.

We already work with the same certificat OnPrem and everything is working fine for us.

We are trying to upload our extension on Microsoft AppSource.

Hi, for appsource extension, you must sign your .app files.

App is already sign with a DigiCert Certification (code-signing) and we use the SignTool to Sign it.

    I think it's still a certificate issue.
You can contact the Microsoft employee responsible for verification directly and ask him for detailed error information.

Maybe you have several certificates in your system and signed if with another certificate than the one you intended to use?

I would try to sign the app again and check the signature before you submit the app again.
