Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook

When configuring CRM for outlook it reports a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server. I have tried all fixes recommended by the troubleshooter but the add in fails to work. Any solutions out there? I am using CRM 2013 and corresponding addin.

    I will suggest to enable client side traces while configuring the CRM 2013 client for outlook and see the last error/exception why its failing. To enable Client side tracing, go to Start >> All Programs >> Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 >> Diagnostics >> Advanced Troubleshooting and check the box for Tracing. Now open configuration wizard and configure the client and once the error is thrown, you can look for error in config log file by navigating to C:\Users\<User_Name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs or Traces.

    Also, are you able to access CRM through IE ?

    How many users are affected one or multiple ?
