Receivables Summary Inquiry Won't Print

I'm trying to figure out why I can't print the Receivables Summary Inquiry Window.

I get to FILE, PRINT SETUP, and can select a printer, but it goes nowhere after that.

We could use this report for our customers

The alternative is to screenshot it, which is very small to the customer's eye.

    Hi Betsy,

    That window doesn't have a print option (even though there is a Print Setup).  You could look in to Statements (Routines >> Statements) or even print individual Trial Balances for the customers.

    Ok, thank you.

    We use Statements and Trial Balances and those are very helpful.  

    It's interesting that there is a print setup if you cannot print

    :)

    Yeah, by default I believe every window has the Print Setup capability which is really just changing the default printer and settings for GP.  It's not necessarily per that particular window.
