How to enable "Remember user and password" in GP 2010?

How do we enable this checkbox in the Login window? it is disabled.

    In GP, click the Microsoft Dynamics GP button, and select Tools>>Setup>>System>>System Preferences.  Then mark the option "Enable Remember User".
