Payables Check - Amount in Words using XX/100 Dollars

I have a client that wants the Amount in Words on their checks not to reflect xxxxx Dollars and xx Cents. Instead they want One Hundred Twenty and 09/100 Dollars. Has anyone ever amended the calculated field to do this?

Dean, How do they print checks now? Do they use any 3rd party product or GP reports?

The client using standard GP2013 Payables (Stub Top and Bottom, both Graphical and Text) , pre-printed check stock, no third party check interference.

Hi,

Assuming you want all checks to print the way you describe, I recommend changing how you've setup the Currency (Tools - Setup - System - Currency)...As Per the screenshot below. Then you don't have to change any calculations in RW.
