Missing transactions in HQ database

Few transactions are missing in HQ database even if auto 401 worksheets synchronized successfully. My customer has to resend worksheet 401 manual to update the transaction.

Does anyone know what possible causes of the problem?

    I would suggest you check the integrity of your HQ Client-HQ Server connections. There is no difference between an auto and a manual update, but I have seen data loss on poor connections.

    Check your internet connection. Request data upload requires stable internet connection to upload data to hq. It uses transactions which executed at given time frame and throws error when maximum command timeout reached. This happens when connection state is faulted (unable to communicate to server). Transactions rolledback automatically but sometimes fails when interferes.
