Report

In AL you have the snippet treport that creates the basic structure of a report object. Creating a report is a 2 phase design:

Step 1: create the dataset with AL

Step 2: create the layout (Report Builder or Word)

To learn more about reports, start from here:

Remember that you cannot modify existing reports, but in this case you need to clone the existing and then modify this copy.

No, not with the built-in reports. You can use external tools like Power BI to create external reports without coding, but the internal reports need the dataset creation with AL language.

This link should give you a starting point on how to create reports in business central. Are you using OnPrem or Saas, if you are using OnPrem you can also use SSRS reporting services to create reports and then launch them using links.
