How to add a short blurb under the hyperlink in email message in posted sales invoice

Hello,
 
Can someone please help me in adding a short blurb that says Credit and debit card also accepted under the highlighted Hyperlink which is "Pay with Paypal"
 
 
 
I tried to debug it but I couldn't find where exactly the data is getting assigned . It would be really helpful if anyone could help in customizing this requirement.
