How to compare customizations between environments

Is there a way to compare different environments where for example, a company form may have different security roles assigned to that form vs the same form in another environment? This goes with Dashboards, etc.. as well.

Is there one that will compare security roles between environments?

Also, is there one that shows what fields have field security turned on and then who has access to those fields and what kind of access by chance?
