Record Deletion Tool
This data deletion tool is useful if you want to ‘clean’ a company from transactional data. It could for example be that you have been testing transactions in a company that you want to use for a go-live or you just want to have a clean company without transactions for a demo, training or testing session.

Hi,

Hope you are referring to Retention Policies Tool.

Record deletion tools does not allow you to delete data from all tables.

If only allows you to delete data from table which are allowed by app owner (Company who developed extension).

Like Microsoft allows to delete data from change log entries, Sales and Purchase archive tables, Sent Email and other tables.

In same way if LS Team allows to delete data from some table you will see them in Record Deletion tool.
