Updating Case Field from a Related Account Field in Flow

I'm not sure this is the right place for this question but I am trying to create a Flow that updates a field in the Case on create to a field value in the related Account. This seems simple and I can achieve it using the old way but this is my first attempt at a Flow and keep hitting a wall.  Below is what I have now and the error I get when I test.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Details: the case field is a user lookup field and the account field is also a user lookup field.
