773Our customer is on GP2015R2. Their users use a RDP shortcut to launch GP. The quick print feature works properly for all but one user. The quick print setup is to print 2 copies of a SOP order to a printer in the warehouse. Quick print is printing only 1 copy of the order, and it is cutting off the bottom of the page. We have tried creating a macro to do the same thing, and it worked the first time, and then it also printed only 1 copy of the order and cut off the bottom of the page. If she goes through the steps manually she gets the two copies and the entire page prints.
I have checked the dex.ini on the server where she is launching GP and it has the statement: ST_SOP_Shortcut=16913,2,0,0 - which appears to be correct. I checked the sy01405 table and there are no individual dex.ini accounts activated. I wondered if it might be a printer driver, but if it prints correctly when printed manually I'd think I can rule that out.
