"+" missing on add Members to marketing list

A customer of us got a problem on marketing lists where the "+" button to add members isn't always visible on marketing lists. The problem is especially in the Edge browser and Internet Explorer.

It doesn't always be the case that it isn't missing and it doesn't matter if the marketing list is static or dynamic.
