Hello!Can someone tell me when the Vacation Time Liability field (VACTMLBL) in the UPR30100 table is updated? I can't find info on it.

It is updated when you post the checks. However, if you are using HR Attendance it is not updated. It is updated if you are using Payroll to accrue vacation.
Thanks! What exactly does the field mean though? Coz there's a vacation time accrued field, and also a vacation time available field. Those are pretty self explanatory. I'm just not understanding Vacation Time Liability. Thanks!!
VACTMLBL is the value of VACTMACC x the employee's pay rate.
How does the value field (VACTMLBL) get populated?
We know how to accrue vacation hours.
We know how to set up an employee pay rate.
How do we multiply the two together to get VACTMLBL?
I presume there is some setup window that I haven't yet located. Can you help?
