If we try to use a custom CRM template to generate mail merge documents when finishing the merge to generate a printout,
Only the 1st page of the first record prints (each record should be 2 pages) for a total of 3 records.
I'm not 100% but I think when we generate a mail merge without a template it works as expected.
(I only say this because when we generated it without a template it worked, but this could have been a simple chance of coincidence that it worked first time without a template)
We can eventually get the custom template to print correctly 2 pages with all 3 records printing, but theres no fix that we do, we literally just keep opening, closing, opening, closing till it prints correctly.
We are wasting a lot of paper and time, this issue cannot be limited to just us, but I've found nothing online about it.
We are using the latest Dynamics Online with the latest Version 9 CRM for outlook plugin with Word 365 fully up to date on Windows 10.
