Nolan Advanced Bank Rec - "The account has already been set up on a bank"

We are using Nolan's Advanced Bank Rec solution with GP2015.

We are receiving "The account has already been set up on a bank" when we are trying to associate a checkbook ID with a new Bank Account ID we are trying to create.

I have reached out to Nolan 6 times over the past 2 days via online chat, email, and phone.  Aside from reaching the receptionist, I haven't received a response from anyone at Nolan so I am hoping someone on this site may be familiar with Nolan's Advanced Bank Rec module and be able to help us get past this message.

The Checkbook ID we are assigning to the Bank Account ID is not associated with either of the other 2 Bank Account IDs we have set up in the Advanced Bank Rec module.

I can't remember ABR anymore, but I've tried reaching out to @NolanDynamicsGP for you. Lets hope you get a solution soon.

We experienced that same issue today but found a way to work around it.  It seems the ABR system didn't like the order in which we set up the accounts.  We had initially set up the new ABR Bank before we had set up the associated GL account, and it kept giving me the error.  To correct it, I had to go in and delete the ABR Bank and then delete the related GL account and start over.  Once I set up the GL Account first and then the ABR bank account second, I was then able to associate them without the error.
