how to create non-po receipt in dynamics 365 f&o?

How can I handle the process from receipt to purchase without a purchase order, and where should I do this?

    Where do the items come from if not from a purchase order? Is it, for instance, a transfer from another warehouse or a return order?

    You can try the "Item arrival" function

    Item arrival will merely show you expected arrival from various sources; it doesn't add any on its own. On the screenshot, all the arrivals are from purchase orders (see the Reference field), which is something that 지박-24120504-0 doesn't want, but as I mentioned, there are other possible sources as well, such as transfers.

    Hi,
    Am I correct in assuming that there is already a confirmed Purchase Order but that you are looking for an alternative to receiving without starting from the Purchase Order list page or details forms? 
     
    You would want receiver to be able to register receipt from a different starting point (one of which being the Item Arrival form), correct?  
     
    There are many options, but I think this group would need more information on the target process to narrow the options.
