Sharing a Personal View CRM 2012

Hi guys,

Myself and two others in my team use the service section of CRM all day long. I have created a few personal views that really help me in speeding up filtering through our cases, and I was wondering if there was any way I could share these views with my team or enabling and allowing others to access them, without us all having to individually create them.

Hello Joe,

I'm afraid there is no CRM 2012. There are 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016.

1. Go to Advanced Find and select the entity you have personal view.

2. click on Saved Views.

3. Select the view to be shared and click on Share.

4. Click on Add User/Team and Add user or team you want to share your view with.

Thank you very much guys! Apologies for the 2012 error too, Its our Word package that's 2012 not CRM, thanks for correcting me!
