Does the D365 App for outlook only support 1 email domain

A given user will have a mailbox associated with one email address (and hence one email domain).
A different user could have a mailbox associated an email address from a different email domain (provided this is supported within the overall Office 365 tenant), and both users could use the D365 App for Outlook
Is that the information you're after ? If not, can you give more information ?
Just to be sure two users in d365 can have mail boxes in to separate exchanges and the app for outlook will work regardless of where their mailbox is located
