Warehouse Management App (Android)

Hello everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone else has run into issues with the Warehouse Management App recently, and more importantly, whether they've been able to solve them.
Our devices were updated to app version 3.0.4.0 yesterday or the day before, and since then they've been unable to connect. The error we're getting is basically "An error has occured. Try again or contact your administrator".
We're down to three devices that haven't received the app update yet and are still on 3.0.0.0.

Here's some context:
- Zebra TC22 devices running Android 13 (we upgraded one to 14, same issue)
- Devices deployed via Intune
- App registration via device code (the error occurs on new devices right after successfully registering)

We even wiped one of the devices and got it around Intune to manuall configure it and test the beta (3.0.5.0). Still the same error.

Please get back to me if this sounds familiar. I'm also curious how you plan to test future app updates prior to releasing them to production, seeing that you don't really have any control over android app versions.
Thanks!

at the time of writing, we're back to deploying the app from the app store via intune. Version is 3.0.6.0 working for us. Thank you!

    Hi,
I am sorry to hear that you are going for such trouble. We did regarding network problems which was deployed on version 3.0.6, please, have a look if this is still reproduces at that version.

Quick update, we've raised a ticket with Microsoft and they're acknowledging the problem and have started working on a fix. As a temporary workaround, they recommend downgrading to a working version of the app (though I don't know how to actually do that).
