Hello,
I'm currently testing the FA module in our test environment with testing to be completed soon. I have a few questions/concerns particularly about migrating the FA data to the live environment.
1) How do I actually transfer the data from test to live? Is it as simple as running the asset import/export function under utilities? Or do I manually enter the assets in the live environment via Cards?
2) How will importing fixed asset data from the test environment impact my live general ledger?
2) If I export the fixed assets, do I depreciate them first and then migrate to live? Or do I depreciate them after they're imported?
